Who is Christina, and why should I trust her on my spiritual journey?

(Great question, I’m so glad you asked!)

I’m Christina — and like you, I’m walking a spiritual path in the middle of real life.

I’ve studied spirituality and mindfulness for almost 25 years (Religious Studies & Philosophy in university, if you like credentials 😉), and I’ve trained in multiple energy healing techniques — but none of that matters if it isn’t usable in everyday life.

With three kids, homeschooling, and running a business, I never had time for long silent retreats. But I did need grounding, peace, and connection. So I built a spiritual toolbox I could actually use — even when life was chaotic.

Now I share those tools inside the Energy Reset Circle, so they can become second nature for you, too.
